PRESENTATION OF PARTNER 911

Partner 911 is a compact reliable stand alone digital voice data logger. It is intended for record, storage, monitoring and replay of phone conversations or any audio information. This device allows storing more than 5 000 hours of high quality records at internal database with remote access for search, replay and back-up.

Logger is equipped with network interface Ethernet 10/100 and supports TCP/IP protocol. Regarding to that it could be easily connected to local network and Internet. Thus records can be easily and quickly requested by the central server or personal computer of the user for the analysis of archive and the further processing.

Network connection, allows integration of any amount of the devices into reliable multi channel complex with the centralized management, administration and processing of the stored information.

Partner - 911 is built on basis of DSP processor, works like stand alone unit without the personal computer. Such solution makes it protected from errors of the personal computer and computer programs, virus attacks and the user mistakes. It guarantees high reliability of system.

For stand alone work the logger is equipped with system of the menu and LCD indicator. Thus, it can be managed and be adjusted without use of a network and the personal computer. The menu allows not only carrying out management and adjustment, but also making audio and visual monitoring of work of each channel.

Partner - 911 released in 4 or 8 channel versions. It can make records of a sound from any source: telephone lines or audio devices with a linear output.

The logger creates internal electronic register of recorded messages and events which allows to fix any events and access of operators.

The logger is equipped with the system of passwords that regulate access for operating the device. It is important to note, that the device does not allow making edition of records, leaving the original without changes, irrespective of a degree of access to the information that is a guarantee its originality.

The complex of voice loggers Partner-911 series FS possesses the following opportunities:

 -The logging System is constructed by a modular principle. Each module allows making simultaneous records from 4 (8) sources. (It can be any combinations of telephone lines, radio stations, microphone systems and other sources of a sound).
 -The Modular principle allows increasing easily system up to necessary quantity of channels by their connection to a local computer network. Thus to carry out parallel monitoring of any from 4 (8) channels of each module during record or to hear earlier stored file
 -Record of the information can be made on built-in storage device HDD. For operative recording Partner-911 use its own disk system.
 -User can choose an individual way of activation of each channel:
      -Detecting an entering bell - RING-HANDUP,
      -Activation of record by a voice (VOX),
      -Remote control (short circuit of managing contacts)
      -A command of the operator by network from managing program.
 -Opportunity to choose algorithm of coding of a sound for each of channels according to standards GSM 6.10, U-LAW and PCM 16 bit - provides necessary quality at optimum compactness of record. Speed of filling of a disk can be adjusted from 5,7 MB/h up to 155 Mb/h
 -The logger supports up to two storage devices with capacity up to 120 Gb each (as option).It provides an opportunity of formatting FAT 12/16/32 is provided.
 -Automatically traced the amount of free disk space and the rest of free space in Kb and an estimated time of record is displayed on LCD monitor.
 -Detecting and logging of practically all parameters of phone call gives user unlimited opportunities to search data by any combination of criteria and to prepare statistical reports.

      -Number dialed by the internal subscriber (pulse or tone)
      -Time of the beginning and duration of conversation,
      -Duration of a incoming call (RING TIME), also time of receipt and duration of non-taken call is logged.
      -Call type
      -Numbers of calling subscribers. In system Caller ID FSK, DTMF is provided. The type of Caller ID for each channel is established individually.
      -Logging of telephone number of the subscriber calling you by Caller ID DTMF/FSK even call was not taken
      -The network interface 10/100T-BASE Partner-911 gives an opportunity to get fast access to the information
or to use resources of a file - server as the storage of the information.

Functional features of a logging complex Partner-911 FS

Functionally logging complex - Partner-911 consists of independent devices of logging and storage of the information that work independently or connected to a local computer network and 1-2 workplaces of the manager/operator organized on computers.

Each independent logging device Partner - 911 is equipped with own disk system and supports standard storage device IDE of any capacity on hard disk.

For operating of internal processes,support of disk system,processing and storage of the information,for work of a local computer network is used the specialized program Real Time DSP DOS.

The hardware of a complex, operational system Real Time DSP DOS and the applied software for the personal computer is own development of Concern ALEX. OS Real Time DSP DOS is specially developed to solve the tasks of continuous information logging. It provides maximum reliability at all stages of processing of the information, its storage and replay. It is located at reprogrammable chips Flash-memory with an opportunity of updating through network.

During work voice logger consistently forms on a built-in storage device the catalogue of records. The information about records is kept in special service fields of files and duplicated in the protected register. As the result you get the indexed data file where telephone conversations, conversations through radio and selector messages are allocated into separate records that have been taken into account in hardware register. It provides high speed of search, sorting and a filtration of the information of all data file at the minimal loading a local computer network.
